Data : 

Data defined as a known fact that can be recorded and that have implicit meaning. Data are raw or isolated facts from which the required information is produced. 

Information : 

Information are closely related and are often used interchangeably. Information is processed, Information is processed, organized or summarized data. 

Schema :

Schema is define as a design of a database. It is a plan of the database. Schema gives the names of the entities and attributes. In other words Schema is  overall description of the database.

Sub-schema :

A sub schema is a subset of the schema and inherits the same property that a schema. The plan for a view is often called Sub-schema

Conceptual Schema : 

The conceptual schema is related to the internal schema through conceptual/ internal mapping. The conceptual internal mapping defines the correspondence between the conceptual view and the stored database.

External Schema : 

Each external schema is related to the conceptual schema by the external mapping. External conceptual mapping defines the correspondence between a particular external view and the conceptual view.

Data Models: 

Data Model is a mechanism that provides abstraction for database application. It represents the organization itself. Data modelling is used for representing entries of interest and their relations in the database.
