1) In Artificial Intelligence is ideas, viewpoints and techniques of many experts from different fields.
2) The field is philosophy, mathematics, economics, neuroscience, psychology, engineering (electronics, mechanical, computer ,electrical) , scientific , linguistical etc.
3) Before 400 B.C philosophers made AI considerable by considering the ideas that the mind is in some ways like a machine. Human thinking like mechanical manipulation of some symbols or ideas.
4) Mind operates on knowledge encoded in it with some internal language and that thought can be used to choose what action to be taken.
5) In 4th Century B.C Aristotle invented syllogistic logic, its some type of first formal deductive of reasoning system.
6) Mathematicians provided the tools to manipulate statements of logical certainty as well as uncertain, probabilistic statements.
7) Economists formalized the problem of making decisions that maximize the expected outcome to the decision makers.
8) Some psychologist adopt and study the idea that humans and animals can be considered information- processing machines.
9) Linguists show some idea how language is important to communicate.
10) Computer Engineers provided the artifact that make AI application possible.
11) Between the 1940 and 1950 scientist of various fields discuss the possibility of artificial brain.
12)AI research was founded at the 2 month workshop held one the campus of Dartmouth college in the 1956. This workshop attended by many researcher and this workshop considered to be the official birth date of AI.
13) AI is boomed in first decades of 21 century when machine learning was applied to the many problems.
14) The important peoples associated with AI are Alen Turning, Warren McCulloch, Allen Newell, Marvin Minsky etc.
